these crowns are crafted from thick, soft felt – doubled-up, it has just enough structure to
hold its shape. add rhinestones, buttons or wide grosgrain ribbon for decoration.
fold a long piece of soft felt in half length-wise, so that the fold is along the bottom lay your paper pattern on top, trace and cut.
