make custom scents for all your friends! test out creative olfactory combinations by adding a drop or two of different essential oils to a strip of paper, and fanning it beneath your nose.

  • chapstick container
  • double boiler/microwave
  • glass jar for heating wax
  • craft stick
  • small paper cup
  • 1 tbsp jojoba oil
  • 1 tbsp Beeswax
  • essential oils in your favorite scents
  • circle stickers + sharpies for labeling

instructions

set an empty lip balm tube into a base (like a tiny glass or bowl of rice) to hold it upright.

tip!

make sure the mechanism inside the tube is fully rolled down before adding the mix.

melt the beeswax granules over a double boiler or in a microwave; mix in the jojoba oil.

shake 20-30 drops of your favorite scent oils into paper cup, and add a tablespoon of the melted wax mixture. stir to combine.

pour the scented wax, carefully and slowly, into the lip balm tube. set aside to cool.

decorate sticker labels with sharpies and add them to your mini perfume tubes!
